Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed before checkout is completed, in compliance with Google requirements.

We do not advertise free shipping unless explicitly stated at checkout.

SHIPPING DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly.

We will assist with investigations when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for carrier-related issues unless required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees or restocking fees.
