30-Day Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn or unused
With tags (if applicable)
In its original packaging
With receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:
A return shipping label (if applicable)
Instructions on how and where to send your package (return address will be provided)
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns that are not the result of our error
The restocking fee is 20% of the item price and will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care goods (beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for:
Gift cards
Sale / final sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received (unused, with tags if applicable, and in original packaging) with proof of purchase.
The 20% restocking fee does not apply to EU cooling-off returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved:
You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
Processing times can vary depending on your bank/credit card provider
